Oil pressure and oil warning cable looming.
Discussion
Having pulled the entire engine loom back through the bulkhead I still seem to have the oil pressure and warning sensor cables where they should be. Can anybody confirm that they find their way back to the gauge and warning light via the wing ( drivers side I guess ) along with cables for the lights and brake fluid sensor etc.
Whilst we are talking about looming, The standard engine loom mostly goes from the ECU through the bulkhead rubbery gaiter but some splits off and disappears under the dash. Presumably this has things like Rev counter, speedo, supply to ECU. Anybody got a definitive list of what goes where in this spur.

I guess it's the same on the Griffith, but on the V8S the ignition wire, and the main power in from the starter motor to the fuse box, and the oil pressure wires, and the temp gauge wire, all come into a single loom that goes through the bulkhead on the driver's side. The loom may take a slightly different route in the different shell, but I expect it's all still loomed together.
Trying to remember doing mine and struggling a bit but I think all the wiring comes through the passenger bulkhead gromet, the wiring for the oil pressure warning light under the alternator etc comes over the top of the front cover and down.
The loom for the lights and some other bits I forget goes down the passenger wing via a gromet to the left of the glovebox. Easiest to remove the glovebox to get access nd a view of it.
The split in the loom does go to the water temp, oil pressure etc behind the dash. Again, I posted up a thread on this previously . . .
