I think mine are 280lb/in front and 12" long.

This is quite a bit stiffer thatn standard but much better to my way of thinking.

On the back its t to 500 rising rate ones so dunno, do a search under springs there's many preferences

Are those dampers the right spec for your car? If so, they should already have the right springs on them. If not, it's possible that the min/max length and/or damping characteristics could cause trouble.

Rising rate? Aren't we getting into the Preload vs raising the ride height debate?

In that case I suggest you go to AVO and ask them for the right springs to suit your car on those dampers. Springs are relatively cheap in the scheme of things.

'Fully adjustable' means different things to different people. For example it may just mean single adjustable damping and ride height adjustable, in which case you're still limited by the valving wrt bump/rebound ratios and low/high speed characteristics.

For road use 375lbx9" on the front and 300lbx9" on the back would be fine imho. For track use go up 50lb all the way round
