HI

I may need to find one of these for the person I sold my Race Griff to for him to go practicing. Does anyone have any for sale or advise where to get them. Ive looked on ebay.

Or you could give Rich at Dulfords a call Owen, he does TD silencers that fit inside the tail pipes. Less likely to get knocked as they don't protrude like the Act ones.

Merlin at Castle Combe has them.
IIRC they may be a bit more expensive though - captive market on TD and all that...

Thanks guys,

its alreadyg ot tyhe inserts in it as at Oulton Park it was running at 107, the inserts brought it down to 102, but I think combe is 100 on test days.

I will pursue the other routes.

Hi Owen wavey

I believe Andy Race runs with an insert in the exhaust and a track can like mine over the top. Having said that, my Chim is 107 without ACT cans and 92 with so they make a huge difference despite their protrusion and you may get away with just the track cans. Mine can't flow enough air now that the motor is blown though so I'm looking to probably sell them and get Tim to make up a new style which should cope with the flow better.

Anyway if you would like mine, feel free to drop me a mail, they have only been used three times so are 'as new'.
