I won't be doing those in a hurry again..

Fitted the uprated poly super strength variety as the originals were looking decidedly tired..

Bleeding nightmare trying to get the 17mm ones on the back of the mount..! nearside was worse as the exhaust gets in the way.

Top tip, use a stubby 17mm ring spanner, makes it a little easier.

The new ones were tight as they are housed in a steel enclosure but should help with the heat.

Hands hurt, back aches, legs ache and I'm covered in waxoil but worth it.

I fitted the RED ones as they are for road use, no track days as of yet..

Took him out today and found everything had tightened up, there was a noticeable gap between the chassis rail and exhaust too.

Probably helped with the full poly bush replacement and complete stainless steel bolt kit from Mr Heath I fitted last week. nuts

New back brake pads and a clean up of front and rear wishbones complete with two coats of black hammerite. cool

Oh, and I got the uprated rear anti roll bar brackets from Adrian Venn (top stuff) welded onto rear wishbones and fitted those too along with Mr Heaths rose jointed droplinks. thumbup

Two busy weekends but car now sorted for the Bruges trip in June. woohoo
