Total Uneducated Knob

While out in my Griff today a complete idiot came up to me who had just parked his Nissan 350z. He then asked what mileage the car had done I replied “60k” his reply was “what and it’s still running”

I was that gob smacked by his reply that I just smiled and walked away.

This is the first negative response I have ever had from someone regarding TVRs.

What negative experiences have you guys and gals had.

Chris,, Don't worry you get Knobs in all walks of life, you've just had a close encounter by some one with a japanezzzze car..
Ive been on the Focus st forums on PH main page, winding people up for the weekend.,, If you want to have a laugh read their comments.
Any good car for the history of cars have been RWD most have had there own enigine by the manufacturer..

At the Jonathon Palmer day a couple of years ago I won the trophy for being quickest in one of these and it was the worst piece of crap I've driven in years. I'd have more fun driving a bog standard Clio than it, they really are awful, sound awful, look awful and drive awfully.

Back in the 90's I was in the show room looking at my dream Griffith; some knob was also looking at it and complained that there was no digital dash, and effectively went on to say the car is crap ecause it doesn't have power seats, abs, traction control etc...

Funny part however, a few weeks later who showed up for a job interview - I found he was every bit the knob in that situation too.
