Rushed home after a crappy day at work.Took the cover off the car, Pulled the car out of the garage, Quick wash & leather Daughter rang from school great excuse ,Jump in car straight on to country lane.. NOW,, Really funny rattle sounded like door not closed properly arms flying in all different directions pulling drivers door first, Second guess passengers door,Mobile phone by gear stick. That was clutching at straws. put central locking on..
Still got the rattle finally decided its the central locking solanoids must be wet..Pulled up out side the school, Daughter jumped in closed door PROPERLY
drove off all is well again... Nothing to worry about,, Think the passengers door wasnt closed on to the second latch making the (rattle come clicking )noise..Sorry for such a long story but im so relieved nothing wrong so i hope..

Was the roof down?...and the interior light on and visible in the rear view mirror?

I've lost count of the number of time I've done the same as you, I've learned the secret now. my daughters think i have a six sense now as i say to them "yours doors still open", "How did you know that dad?"...one day I'll tell them wink

Check the rubber pad at the bottom of the door where it strikes the switch in the cill.
