Had the factory wheel/brake upgrade?
Discussion
Have had it done, some of the parts go back to the factory for rework. if you don’t have the bits or they are not reusable its £60 per item and there are 6 items, how much or little of it is "spare" at the end I would not know, suggest a call to Richard smith of peninsula as I know they have done at least 2 now.
sorry...
had TWO sets of wheels and the brakes ofcourse, all went in a couple of weeks.
(via Pistonheads and Sprint)
more will be available as other cars are done, but as there's only around 100 sets of silver and 9 sets of anthracite available (and they won't all go on 500's), the prices are likely to stay "keen" for second hand stuff.
my wheels went to a guy who'd smacked his rears and a repaired car in Australia!!!
the factory say that they "may" have some more ordered if the demand stays as unlike the Estorils they own the tooling this time, but this has been a real "pain in the butt" for them, so i wouldn't hold your breath out there. last i heard the waiting list went for nearly a year, and thats based on optimistic returns (part-ex stuff coming back).
good luck

The Cerbera wheels have a larger centre bore that the Griff/Chim so if the set-up simply retained the Griff/Chim hubs but re-drilled then the weels would be too large to locate properly on the hub flange. I expect they are replacement hubs. Rich...
Do the spider wheels have the same centre bore size as the griff/chim?
I.e 63.5 mm???
What are the offset/sizes on the wheels the factory supply?
