ACT Y Piece

Following on from the de-cat thread on the Chimaera forum, have been toying with the idea of buying a de-cat y piece from ACT (MS04 Griffith 500/Chimaera Y piece),however from before I seem to remember that they were about £250, but on looking on the ACT web site they are getting on for £320 inc vat, is this right, or am I being a spazmoid and looking at the wrong thing?

I'm getting the ACT Y piece fitted this week, have been quoted about £260 I think. Will post more later in week.

What is the ACT pipe like compared to Clives? There isn't a picture on the website. Clives is very nice but quite a lot more money.
Does it need the fuel resistor changing?

Cost me £316 back in Feb this year. Didn't change my cars resistor.

Clive is busy making my Y piece now, that has got to be the one to buy, it just looks so much better and you have the flexibility to run Cat or non Cat maps which are different.

Fitting it yourself is easy enough (ok pre cat removal is a bit of mucking about) and will save some dosh

read the figures on Clives site and you will see the difference, not to mention the better workmanship and thought that has gone into the design.
