Water Pump Pre Serp Engines

Does any one know the correct part number for the water pump for the pre-serp engine used in the griff?. I was surprised to find this is not listed in the unoffical parts listing on the web. I need to source one quickly as I am on hoilday in the lakes and pumps started squealing... I imagine this should be available through the land rover parts supply chain, but whats the part number ?

IIRC its from an Sd1 and the Land Rover ones are somewhat different

I used famour four Land Rover spares - who are very reasonably priced .. just search on the land rover classic models for 3.9 V8 petrol..

and compare the pictures with what is on your car.

A lot of these pumps are now not available, however a company i know have had them re cast, if you are struggling drop me a mail

BTW don't get confused by the pictures OP, AFIK you have to cut the nose off nearly all of them as they were made originally for the Rover viscous coupling and fan
