I ran out of time.
Test drove it and it felt good. Didn't want to comment about it on here though as it didnt seem fair to comment about specific cars that users of PH were selling.

I wanted to ask someone local if they'd come and see it with me and give their opinion but what with the new job and preparing the house ready to sell and move I have been far too busy during the last couple of weeks.

If another good opportunity arises and I need the opinion of a Griff expert is there any PHers that would mind helping me out?

Edited: that pic is my desktop pic (boo hoo)
Now Im gonna have to change it to the one of simpos car that I have modified slightly.

Nice little black number that one - was in Moonraker ( well it still is I suppose!), a sort of Dusty black, I thought!

Thanks Johno.
Your the one to blame for all this.
My spies (Hint: 22 Acia Avenue, (not the hooker though!)) tell me it was you who parked outside my window at BTaP on Sunday morning as I was tucking into breakie.

Have always liked Griffs but I think it was at this very point that I started to decide to spend lots of wonga on a car and forget about future investments

Yours looks supurb.
Is it Gloss black?

As for Dusty coloured Griffs, shut up and stop rubbing it in!

Moonraker Black Metallic.

THE black for TVR's ..... IMHO

Apologies for upsetting your future financial stability, but it'll put a bigger smile on yer face than having the money sitting in the bank !

Out of interest, purely academic could you tell me if the car had a serpentine engine and what gearbox it had? (Rover, reverse on left, T5 reverse on right)

I emailed AB these questions but they didn't answer them due to the car being viewed yesterday.

Hi Robert

It had the preferred T5 box and Serpentine engine.

Well if I had known that it would have been different! I thought it had a turpentine engine and a volvo gearbox!

Apprentice was just impressed that he'd found an engine and gearbox in it!

Only enhanced the pic a little. I'll post it up later if you like. Pic is at home.

Its not brilliant. Only a simple 2 minute change, but it does look better. I just switched the flash on!
