Does anybody know this car: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1123390.htm
I live in France and I any interested in buying it, I'm doing my reseach as it a long way to travel to see something that maybe isn't as described. I thought that some people on here may know the owner/car and be able to vouch for it.
All comments and advice welcome and cheers in advance.

300miles average per year, not good IMO.
Cars deteriorate from lack of use as well as abuse and it may well be that seals and gaskets have dried out and will crack and leak. Also the oil in the engine can drain away from the top-end if the car is left for extended periods which can lead to excess wear on starting I believe if the engine isn't started regularily.
I would hope that despite the lack of use it's still been serviced and looked after properly if it has then it looks a good one.
