Wishbone bush thrust washers

Hi everyone,
I have rebushed the original wishbones all round with standard bushes on my Precat. I never had thrust washers fitted on my early car but have obtained a set as general opinion seems its a good idea.
On bush positions that have a single lug location, such as the lower rear wishbone bush on the front suspension, I cant really see what the point is as there is in effect no effective full bearing surface to rest against, as with a proper lug. Is it still usual,or worthwhile, to put them there?
