A full respray (sticking to simple metallics rather than the costly flipflops) or a interior retrim (all new leather plus carpets).

I'll do either for a couple of hundred notes as long as you supply the gear.
Warning, it may be a crap job
On a serious note, for a good job I think both will cost aprox. the same.

Well, you wont get much change from £2k for a good respray.
Interior? well its £500 for the seats alone and IIRC I'm sure the rest (carpets, leather) is about £1k.
