Griff healthcheck - where to start - where to go ?

I've had my L reg Griff 500 for a couple of years now, and it runs ok. Its an early 500, so its a little shunty at low revs and has the occasional off period. It had a short engine just before I bought it as the previous owner over-heated it and cracked the block. I have a bill for over £3k for that work - so fundamentally it should be sound. Its all standard apart from silicone inlet pipes.

Question is, is it running the way it did when it left the factory, or is there an issue. Either way, i think it could be better with a little TLC.

I'd like to get it checked over first of all, and see if it has any issues, and go from there. Perhaps a dyno session at the Growl would be a start?

Can people recommend a TVR expert not a million miles from Bicester region ?

If you have any doubts I don't think a power run at the Growl is wise. It's not really a diagnostics session, just a quick run to establish output.
I don't know Bicester but I'm sure someone will be along shortly to recommend someone local to you.

A bit further afield but there's Racing Green in Ash Vale and Fernhurst TVR in Fernhurst.

He used to be based at Silverstone, but has downsized and moved to Kineton.

Full servicing facility and can do everything else too.
