CV Gaiters

Sorry being a bit lazy to go searching around t'internet. Both O/S 1/2shaft CV gaiters split on my late Serp Griff. Suggestions on where I can source replacements welcomed. TAI.

Take one to your local car shop.. they are not TVR units.. they come from another car so are very cheap if you find out what... I also need to do mine this winter, so if you do.. let us know!!
By the way, they are not an MOT issue on rear wheel drives... so not needed forr the test....

Not cheap CT CV Boot but imho much stronger, bolts access easier & will never need replacing...

Del I saw these and out of preference would def go for them. However Clever Trevor is not shipping until 2nd Aug due to holidays and as I plan on doing some miles before then (inc the GG) I want to replace them asap. Wonder if they are available sooner elsewhere?

Update - Keith (Clever Trevor) has postponed holiday and shipping is back to normal - so have ordered the upgraded gaiters to fit all round.

Del in the meantime called TVR Centre who don't have them but Terry said to say hello back - "Hello Del".

Just had a set of the uprated gaiters from Clever Trevor fitted they appear to be much better than the originals.

I went to my local garage to have them fitted. They said that the quality of some of the replacement gaiters on the market at the moment are nowhere near as good as the original ones.

Mine arrived this morning - great delivery. They certainly look good quality with rubber thicker than average I'd say. Another job for the weekend!
