A good quality front end respray?

What would the going rate be for a good quality front end respray and would this add to the resale value or would buyers prefer to see as is and then choose whether to do or not?

Any thoughts?

Don't know whether it would make the car generally worth more?
Some people do like to see them in their original state , others like to buy them as perfect.
Mine has a few battle scars, whereas my mates is perfect(had a complete respray last year).
I'm eventually going to get mine done,as I like to see them at their best.
But thats just my opinion.
I could recommend Ian at sportmotive for a respray, if that helps.

Cost is about £800 give or take a bit

I think I'd rather see it warts-n-all initially, even if you have it booked in and done before the new owner takes it, because at least you know the new paintwork isn't hiding something more sinister which usually puts people off.

Just had my Griff 500 front end done. Included complete front section, less bonnet, plus one door mirror and both door shuts. Total cost £620. Well pleased with the colour match - Ash Green. Got it done at LA Paintworks in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. They have a website and Lee is a nice bloke who takes care in what he does.
