Glove Box hinging

The Glove Box on my Griff has dropped down on the right hand side. Is this a common problem and does it just need putting back together again or will it keep happening and replacement required?

Can anyone advise on how to deal with it please?

If you put your hand up to the right rear of the glove box, you'll feel the hole where there should be a long bolt. It tightens with an alan key. Just lift the tray locate bolt and tighten. It'll go loose in direct relationship to how hard you drive.
