immobiliser identification

Having had the Griff for a few months, I now can't deactivate the alarm/immobiliser. I suspect it's the remote's battery but I'm confused as to what system i actually have.


From the pick you can see that I have 3 types of remote;
one is the remote with tech tronics on it and the 2 blue square buttons. This remotely unlockss the doors and seems to activate the alarm. The other remote has Gemini on it and i've no idea what it does. And finally, the bullet transponder has Toad on it and that seems to be another immobiliser.

Help!!!!!!!

I have the same gemini remote which locks/unlocks the doors and activates the alarm. I have yet another different after market immobiliser.
