Dashboard problems

the 3 buttons that turn on the side lights, lights and open the boot have come away from the dash board. Anyone had this problem? how easy is it to get behind it so I can fix what ever plate they are fixed to back to the front of the dash?

araldite will sort it
little metal clip is just stuck on the plate if its the same as the chimaera, easy job mate
