Fairly new to Griff ownership after having 3 great years with a V8S.Somehow managed to lock myself out at weekend with engine running!!!
Still getting to grips with alarm and door locking.All I did was with engine running turned lights on got out and closed door went to see if lights were working went back and Oh F...ck locked out engine still running.Now was this a one off or is this something you shouldn,t do.Door was not fully closed could this have caused it.Think maybe need to get use to quirky alarm/remote.Any advice

That doesn't sound right. Although I haven't driven mine for a while I don't think the door should automatically lock when the engine is running. When you turned on the lights did you accidently (with the drivers door open) push the cental locking button? I don't know for sure, but it's possible that with the c/l activated via the dash button while the door was open, when you then shut the door it locked?
