.....I`m thinking of semi-retiring the Griff, had it for 7 years now ( it`s a 1995- 500) don`t use it that much anyway lately because now have Focus R.S & GT3 so thinking thus, remove hood assembly, leaving the screen and make a tonnaue (sp) cover, same as Triumph TR2/ Austin Healy BN1/3000 , and use all weathers , the cockpit warm & snug cos of the t. cover.

Tower View have just done a Tonneau cover that can be clipped in place for a Chimaera. Griff should be no problem. 0208 452 6922 if you are interested.

Excellent news, and many thanks for your swift reply Stephen, I shall contact Tower etc as the dawn breaks on Monday.

Shall I have to drill holes ?

It is pop stud ed and they fitted it. Driver came in with no tonneau, picked car up with it. The one they did actually goes over the roof so if you have no rrof may even be easier.

Tonneau covers cramp my driving position. Must be too tall!
