Melling has 'upped sticks' and gone to Portugal, leaving behind the staff who helped built the Wildcat. The intention is to build them there but that seems as likely as TVR restarting production.

I imagine his grand schemes of AJP6 and 8 builds went the same way.

Poor old Al Mellings wife died this year .. so I guess the guy is just getting away from it all.
