First question...

Any recommended specialists in the Richmond/SW London/Surrey area?

Particularly interested in "tuned" Griffith friendly places with MOT capability...

I take my tuned Griffith to TH Works in Horsham, Tom's looked after my car for around 5 years now, wouldn't take it anywhere else.

I would suggest you check the current situation. I have been informed by several people that Tom has gone back to work for the previous company, whatever their calling themselves this week , & that he is no longer at the Horsham site.

I have heard that David Batty in Guildford is very good and fairly reasonable

+1 very good and very reasonable - specialises in sensible maintenance programs. However does not MOT, although will probably be consistent in the MOT station he uses, from experience.

I would recommend Racing Green for servicing/MoT and Austec for new upgrades. Racing Green are thorough, have most bits in stock & easy train ride back into London from Ash Vale.

There's an important rule when visiting tvrfix in a TVR. Accelerate hard from each of the traffic lights along the A240 and occasionally slow down for no reason other than to accelerate hard up to the speed limit, and lift off gently when you reach the limit for that over-run sound.
