Bonnet Rollers

Please could someone measure the white plastic rollers that locate the bonnet at the front.
My bonnet has been a bit rittley rattly of recent and looking at the rollers they have flats worn on them where presumably they are not rotating. I measured what appeared to be the least worn bits of the originals and turned up some replacements based on the bit that slides in the wing slot being 23mm however they are too tight. Looking at the originals again it looks as if they were tapered but as they are so worn it is difficult to tell. If someone has a reasonably original set it would be good if you could have a quick measure.
I was roughly working on the basis of overall length 18mm, OD narrow bit 23mm OD wider bit 33mm length of wider bit 11mm.

Works for me too. It's not just the rollers that wear, the slots in the inner wings can wear a bit too, especially when the bonnet is in the fully closed position.
As mine were also quite worn I turned some up last year in Black Acetal, not quite so noticable as the white stuff.
Dims: OD of roller=23mm length of roller 19mm
OD of flange=33mm length of flange 11mm
Not tapered. Mine fit OK but tend to come out of the runners when lifting the bonnet, still plenty of play when located, the inner tube seems a good idea.
I wondered if you have spaced them out from the bonnet too far with washers?

Brilliantly simple! My misses never uses her push-bike, she'll never notice if I rob her inner tube.I tried duct tape (ugly and sticky) and draft excluder in the channel (sticky and fell off).

I was going to measure the Groove Depth and width at the final seating position on both sides then have some teflon machined up so they become a nice neat fit,
I,ll bring some round bar teflon from work and get some custom machined to fit
