Griff Ball Joints & Track Rod Ends

I have a 1992 4.3 and have read that the upper ball joints are from a Saab 90/9000.
Does anyone know if the lower ball joints TVR specific or are they from an alternative supplier.
Also Does anyone know the origins of the track rod ends.
Finally does anyone have any alternative parts numbers please.

From memory they are something like Lada or FSO.

But beware there are many variations, and some may need machining slightly to fit.
