Relay/fuse for light circuit

Can anyone point me at which relay/fuse(s) manage the lights?

I think one or the other has blown and could do with knowing which one to point my fingers at.

Fuse 11 had blown. A 15A one. Did the trick.

Here's a tip I was told ages ago Andy.

Photocopy your fuseboard layout, laminate it and put it under the passenger footwell mat.

It is one I shall be following at the weekend!

I may also invest in some of the new fuses that show you when they've blown. Much easier in the dark

Ian, how do you get the fuse box in a photocopier, please?

If anyone doesn't have it, I scanned my manual for the fuse numbering page (link below). At the weekend I might translate this into the actual layout

I guess everyone would need to check that the order of their fuses/relays hasn't been changed.

I have a special version for mine that has a few changes/extras! Thought this might work for standard cars though.

Btw, the footwell area being so tidy was a godsend when fiddling with fuses

IIRC Mike used details I provided of the internal fusebox layout to make some modifications

Just put it in a spreadsheet & make your own notes on the flip side, much better than the handbook anyway

There definatley seems to be some variance between what the handbook layout says & the actual fuseboard.

I discovered this when my 95 Griff lost fuel pump supply, which I eventually traced to a short in the wiring connector in the N/S seat belt area.

My handbook does not indicate a fuse for the fuel pump which I thought was a bit odd but then again it is a TVR . Eventually I discovered that fuse 15 is in fact for the pump supply but the handbook describes it as 'spare'

In note on Spend's version fuse 15 is denoted as 'driving lamps' whereas on Murph7355 is does denote it as the fuel pump.......ahh the joys of TVR ownership

Don't take mine as an example, my fusebox is heavily modified from any standard version. It was purely an example template to fill in and should in no way be taken as working for your cars

Fans and ecu are controlled differently and a couple of chunkier fuses inserted in the standard slots (I assume to act as a bypass).

Those entries are modified in my handbook, but rather than confuse I edited it back to "standard".

With cars of this age I'm sure many will have been tweaked.

I knocked up a load of these; they're in Vinyled A5 and have velcro pads on the rear for sticking to the inside of the carpeted battery panel. Handy? Yea, I reckon so. I banged out a few of those that differ in layout. I was gonna bring 'em along to the Growl and let them go for £1 a pop toward the charity.
