Battery box ?

Never having looked in the pasenger foot well, I recently discovered that my 500 is missing the battery box, cosequently the UCU and a loose few relays are wraped up in a tescos bag resting on top of the battery .. which to say the least is not ideal.

Could some kind soul point me in the direction of a photo of what the box and UCU location looks like also possibly sugest where I might buy what i'm missing.

What are the physical dimensions of the standard batttey, the one I have is a Jag OE one.

Not sure about the battery box dimensions, but the fuse box, relays and ecu all sit on top of the battery in mine too.

All the dimensions you need are Here, the battery I have (shortly to be HAD) is about 2mm smaller all round than the box itself.

On my pre-cat the ecu is squished between the battery box and the tunnel, with the connector towards the passenger and the cable going upwards IYSWIM, and the relays etc are just thrown on the top of the whole damned mess.

If you fancy hanging on a couple of weeks and shelling out for a new battery I will have an update to that thread above.

If you need photos of the actual battery box I have a couple already which I can send you tonight, and once my battery is replaced I can get you any photos/dimensions you need. I'm keeping the old battery box though, 'Just in case'
