Replacing dashboards.......................................

I am looking to replace the wooden dash as mine has cracked in several places - the lower one is worse than the main - but would like to change the layout slightly, for example see if I could fit a double din audio head unit with satnav etc. Does anyone know where I can get a pair of "blanks" that I can re-model before getting them veneeered? Also, any hints as to where to get them done, I am near Thame Oxen. Thanks!
