How to tell serp / pre-serp & T5?

Hi

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how can I tell if a 1994 Griff is running a serp/T5 setup?

The serp engine has a big thick belt on the front with multiple groves on it and the Alternator is mounted on a big lump of aluminium rather than a traditional sliding bracket.

The T5 box has reverse below 5th gear. I believe the older Rover box has reverse to the left of 1st gear. (I think that's correct).

I was looking for a moonraker black when I bought mine but I could not find one, they seem very rare. I am suprised you have it up that cheap.

Thanks, there were 2 in this colour when I was looking, sods law I guess.

Price wise I just looked at the other private sales, then accounted for mileage, condition, year etc. Difficult thing to judge I find as one mans, excellent condition is another mans pile of crap.
