Whale tail

Want to remove the transmission tunnel bolsters, presumably you remove the whail tail and they drop out.
How do you remove the whail tail?
Anyone got any spare/unwanted bolsters?

Behind each seat underneath the whale tail are brackets with bolts from the whale tale going through them (one bracket, two bolts each side). Remove nuts and lift the whale tail up at the rear.

You have to wiggle it backwards to free it from under the centre panel. To actually remove it you will need to loosen off the handbrake cable so you can lift the handbrake up to vertical. Not sure if you can get the bolsters out without removing the whale tail completely.
