Fuel hose size

Just about to replace fuel filter on my 93 griff 500 and thought whilst up in the air would replace some of the fuel hoses although on close inspection look ok, it would be better to be safe than sorry.
Please could someone let me know the inside and outside diameter of the hose I think outside is 12mm but not sure admittedly I could take one off but wanted to get some first with correct clips as have had a small leak which only happens when she has not been started for a couple of weeks.
Pinpointed to a couple of loose clips on the fuel filter hose and one on the other side joining a short length of metal pipe.
Recommendations of type of hose appreciated aswell.

normal hose is 8mm ID, have a look at Codan for fuel hose, this would be fine for you and I am sure someone will mention to use proper fuel clips rather a jubilee type of clamp.

I have chosen a different approach and replaced the whole lot in Goodridge XF810, I have also swapped the copper over to goodridge hardline for the runs front to back, all hoses are now swaged so no clips, check out the specs for the 810 hose to see why it is some much better than standard hose.
