Replacement Roof

Hi all. After a bit more help please.

Has anyone replaced the roof recently? I'm thinking the roof panel as well at the rear section. What prices are involved?

I've found a good example Griff but its let down by its scruffy roof. Bit of tape on the panel (can't see it when its in place), a small tear on the rear section, a bit gammy where the velcro has come off the body.

It really is a quality hood and I will be re covering the targa section shortly even though I had recently done it, so they will match.
The hood also includes a rubber membrane sandwiched between the inner and outer material..no more waterproofing needed

Yep, I used the same roof and it is very good. They are a fiddle to fit though....lots of patience required.

(note added - fiddly whatever the make, not just because it's this roof).

We have used these guys in the past for MX5 soft tops. Top quality hoods. Their Jag interiors aren't bad either.

Thanks all. tvrshop.co.uk price the whole lot as just under £515. I think i'll keep looking for now. The private plate inflates the price on this car and i'd rather pay the extra for better condition example instead of a plate.

I thought that too, BAS are based in Cwmbran, but sure it's not a local car. I thought Id seen it on here somewhere.
