Front Wheel Bearing Change - Info needed

I thought that the rear bearings were going , but garage diagnosed a very noisey front.
How easy are they to change ? Need one urgently , what else uses the same bearings ? Where can i get one. ? How much ?

ford sierra cosworth, I think, should cost around £25 to £30 each, easy enough to change but you`ll need a 41mm socket to undo the hub nut, and a very long torque wrench, you can always remove the hub and take it to a local garage to change the bearing and torque it back up for you.

Exelent, thanks Simon. This forum is the Dogs, its so helpfull in running one of these.

Ordered a kit from local Factors , 2 diff types aparently, but not looking forward to fitting it. Bearing is as noisey as hell , dont know how much longer it will last , but no play in it yet
but want to use her this w.end and garage cant fit until next week.

I'm sure someone on here recently got their local garage to swap the bearing over, as described above, and they ended up destroying the work bench or something because of the amount of torque needed!

Thanks for your reply, Hope i have been given the right ones ??.

Been Given 2 and they said bring back the one that doesnt fit for a refund. Part nos are ,First line , FBK 097 and FBK 098.
