hi all, me again.trying to replace one off my radiator fans 12"

1992 precat. they all want the serial number, all i can find is [spal k15] on the motor
can you help me please.

One of mine jammed and got so hot the body of the motor melted through the plastic cowl!

I just replaced mine with two of these - exact replacements:
