Circa 1998 I saw a Griffith 500 export spec car with no cats at the Factory. Sounded fantastic and flamed out of the rear exhausts......

Disadvantages:

- Need a pre-cat ECU chip or a visit to Mark Adams.

- Need a friendly MOT tester or you'll be re-fitting the CAT the w/e before the test...

I have recently removed the pre cats new manifolds and fitted a ss Y pipe with no main cat , has it made a difference , not so you would notice , does it sound different , god yes, do I like it , the jury is out on that one .
