Help with odd behaviour

Just been on a run with my Griff, all has been good for about 3 mths now and all of a sudden today it goes odd.
The car wont hold idle, and seems to be popping alot more now when I lift off the fuel.
When I press the accelerator it doesnt do anything for a bit then it revs, it feels as if it is chocking.

Has anyone got any ideas as to why it is doing this, as it seems very odd.

It could also be the Ignition Amp.

First of all I'd pull off the connectors to both and give them a good clean.

if its the Air Flow Meter (and i'm only relating to exeperience with my vauxhall) then if you unplug it while the car it running I have found that the engine idles steady but at slightly higher then normal. reconnecting it would make hte engine idle like a bad of nails again - this would suggest the AFM.

Hi craig,
I'm ok thanks. Sorted my fueling problem. Took bonnet off, arranged tools, put on protective clothes, got a coffee and generally wasted 35mins mins.
Then looked at the stepper motor, or more accurately half of it, and realised I am a diagnostic genius lol
put new one in and it runs well again.

How are you ? Have you found work stability yet ?
