Foxguard transmitter not working

Hi,
can anybody with a foxguard system post a picture of the transmitters board? Or just look at his board if it has the same 'scratch' as in the picture posted below?
It seems that my transmitter is dead because I cannot disable the alarm or immobilizer and not even lock/unlock the car. Now I have seen that one conducting path on the board is disconnected by a mechanical 'scratch'. However, I cannot explain to myself how this could happen during normal use of the transmitter, from one day to another. So I just want to check if the 'scrach' might be a wanted disconnection.
