What's the Bosch fuel pump number reference for a Griff 500?

After about a decade of more then honest service my fuel pump is gone...need to replace it asap...what's the ref no. for a direct swap Bosch pump? Eventually, is there a quickly available uprated alternative? The pump is the external type...My Griffith is a '96 serpentine (decatted) model.

The Bosch 044 pump fits easily in place of the old one and is suitably uprated for most power increasing schemes
