I'm back in V8 land
Discussion
Cheers for the welcome back.
BB, absolutely the roof was off. The rear section was up though as the garage put it up to check the seat belt anchor points were tightened and I forgot to put it down. I must admit that I used to drive the Chimaera like this when deciding to get a Tuscan to give me the impression of driving with that "roll-over bar".
Starmist, the main reason for the "regression" was that V8 burble. I missed it when I swapped the Chimaera for the Tuscan and have done since. A few weeks back a Griff passed me going the other way when I was in the BMW and the sound just made the decision for me. I guess that is why tapes of whale noises are comforting as they are supposed to remind you of your time in the womb.
DustyC, the car was from Fernhurst (great service) and is number 54 of the last 100. Pictures will be up just as soon as I can.

I thought the Tuscan was red and the Griff Rosso Pearl?
Well if you are gonna get fussy the Tuscan is probably called something abit more special than just "red"!

How are the mods going to the car? Did you stick 2 lines of toilet paper across the length of it to give it that racing look yet?
If you are having trouble sourcing the rear spoiler you can have my old ironing board if you like!
rear spoiler sorted mate
not a bad shout re the bog roll over the bonnet and roof and before you know it we will have another replica.

from a cerb to a griff to a tuscan
Schnozz, I think you may be right. That sounds similar to the owner history I was given. A Tuscan S I believe.
DustyC, yep, nightfire red. Cheers for the accident report, now I now why I didnt have to open the garage door to get it in the garage.
