Any of you Griff owners installed one?

Would appreciate photos/ideas of how installed to make a neat job of it. Looks a bit cumbersome sitting on its bracket stuck to windsceen and laser bit gets blocked by parked windscreen wiper.

Where have you put yours, and where did you run the wire?

Lighter socket for power or where else?

Don't mind it all looking a bit bulky in the company car but needs to be a bit more professional in the Tiv.

Thanks in advance.....

Having got my RA with the laser option, have to admit dont bother with it; I just use the RA alone. Once it beeps & you squint at the screen to see what it's shouting at, its way too late. As I understand it, laser is very narrow & unlikely to detect if a nearby car is being measured (?)

thats where mine used to be sat on the chim too but ended up moving it back onto the windscreen suction mounts as I found it easier to detach whenever i parked up.

Experimented but reckoned it took longer to triangulate when there.. defualted back to the dash top middle

Ed

BTW I've NEVER found its as quick as the instructions reckon.. 10-15 seconds to triangulate my *rse.. more like 3 mins, sometimes more.
