Would 8J wheels with 38mm offset fit on the rear okay?

Hi All - looking at some s/h alloys and using semi slicks for track days, and someone has some 8J wheels for sale, with a 38mm off set and fitted with 245/40 tyres (diameter okay according to bible). Anyone know if these would fit on the back of the Griff okay (stnd suspension set-up)? Cheers.

Should be ok. I have 8j et40 on mine and have had no problems ay all.
