There's lots of discussion about offsets with a variety of opinions. You need to know the width of the wheels you want, and then you can calculate an offset that gets the tyres to be positioned as closely as you can get to the original ET25 front and ET35 rear.
BTW Compomotive sell a good range of wheels, and will make just about any size and offset you could want.

They don't sell direct but give em a ring and they will find closest reseller, they were real good for help and will sort wheel and tire size and offset for your car.
