Temporary Fuse Fix?????

Hi Guys
Not TVR related but I know the knowledge base is out there! My lad is off to Leeds Festival at midnight and a siezed rad fan has blown a 30amp blade fuse. I have replaced the fan motor and put it all back togeather but cant get a fuse at this time of night. I have 15 amp household fuse wire but I doubt that will be sufficent if he hits traffic. Any suggestions on a temporary fix? Certainly dont want him disappearing in the Grif!!

Yes. Just use 2 strands of 15 Amp fuse wire in parallel instead of a single strand , that should do the trick until you can replace.

What is his route?
You never know, some night owl may be up and have a spare fuse they could donate.
