Water Hose Dia

Morning all, Been some time since I have been here but still have my griff! I noticed a small water leak from hose between the rad and swirl pot and want to order up some more hose today so I can fix for the weekend however I dont know what dia hose I need and dont have Steve Heaths book to hand etc and the search thinggy on here don't seem to want to work..... so if anyone knows the dia hose i need off hand I would be grateful if you could post, oh and a rough idea of how much antifreeze I will need would be handy too :-) ta very much!!!

I think the rad hoses are 35mm ID but perhaps someone with a hose off the car will be able to measure one for you to be sure
