another griff gone

just heard that a local griff went up in flames yesterday on the m4, don`t know why ect,
( just guessing, could be dodgy fuel line)? + no one hurt.

look after these cars people, they are getting thin on the ground now.

Shame. Might have been mine a few months back as the return hose had corroded. Luckily spotted and all sorted now.

That is a shame, and may possibly have been preventable if they were carrying a fire extinguisher. I am always suprised at just how few people carry one in their cars.

E.T.A. Is that two Griffs in a week?? as i've just noticed in the spotted section that one burnt out on the M6 on Monday.

ditto..... I always carry an extinguisher but I'm not sure how much a small capacity job will do against a ton of plastic and petrol...
