Wiring - please help
Discussion
There's a retaining bolt/nut behind each seat. Undo both of these and the console will lift up from the back, hinging towards the front of the car. You will need to release the handbrake and depending on how tight it is, may need to slacken the handbrake cable right off. Ultimately you're looking at lifting the back of the console up and then lifting it over thee handbrake lever etc. But go easy - the wiring behind the heater control panel can be sensitive to abuse.
How about going over the rear wheel arch following down to behind the lower part of door opening, then run the cables along under the carpet on the side wall just under the door. Then up infront of the door & across behind the glove box...?
I did mine like this & the modwise amplified internal boot aerial, saved taking the consul out & disturbing anything! also no need to drill holes in the parcel shelf panel "near the fuel tank"...
The feed over the arch and down is easier if you take the access panel off (velcro) for the door lock and the lower part of the door seal but slips back on over the carpet...
Sorry about the confusing explanation just had a couple of beers
e-mail me if needed

I agree with seasider, the over arch route is far easier. TVR even provide two nice deep cable channels in the floor! (thats in a Chim, not sure about the Griff but as they are actually strengthening ribs for the body I'd expect the Griff to have the same.) I have power leads for my boot mounted amps down one channel, and signal leads down the other. Bit of gaffer tape over the channels once the cables are laid and the jobs a good 'un.

Missed them, Perhaps i should've peeled the carpet back a little further...
further option .. i have amp/multi changer and sub in boot and ran all wires over passenger rear wheel arch, behind velcro panel and inside passenger sill. comes out small hole behind carpet by passenger left foot. was while ago but think there were other wires running same route.. maybe lights etc. bit of a fiddle but used opened out coat hanger attached to string attached to wires etc.. best of luck
