From memory, the pedal end is metric, slave cylinder end is UNC. I will try to find the invoice for the braided hose parts after work if no one else has answered this.

Hi Andy, saw Rocket Pepper today and he told me the goodrich part number for a replacement; I think it was zzmb 02, cheers, John.

I recently replaced my Master. Original was 7/16th UNC. New part came with 3/8th UNC. Had to use an adaptor.

Slave end was neither. New slave came with 3/8th UNC and I could not get an adaptor. Currently the original slave is back on until I get around to getting a new pipe made up. Or borrow a flanging toll and the correct unions. AS said I think the original slave has a metric thread, but I'm not sure!

I've alwaysfound Automec very helpful for hydraulic pipes. They seem to have a pretty good listing for TVRs

I'll tell you why..... Because the piece of st cheap Chinese copy slave cylinder bought brand new and fitted on the 10th of October, has a flaw in the machining, that has fked up the seal....

The original AP lockheed cylinder lasted 12 years...... The replacement has lasted all of 6 weeks

That's a bit worrying, where did the 'Copy' part come from?

I don't care where they come from as long as they work....... I fking hate having to do the same job twice, especially when it's down to sub standard parts....bds
