I hope it is my last one to this topic. I had a look to steve´s bible. And on page 202 is a picture which shows the connected track rod end to the hub. My track rod end is connected top down, this looks bottom up. Can anyone confirm, that the track rod end is connected bottom up to the hub, so that you look on the nut not on the track rod end if you look on the assembled parts.

Jochen,
Push the track rod end joint in from the bottom of the hub, i.e. so that the nut will be tightened from the top.

Have changed it. And even without having the right toe in figure (did it just by my eyes today) what a differenz. Now I know what a Griff should be like. Next week I will have the car aligned again. Then the grin should be back in my face. Thanks to everybody who helps me with great hints.
