Exhaust wanted.

Hi All.

This may be a long shot but I am looking for an exhaust for a 1998 Griff. Pretty much anything would be considered, standard, sleeved etc, as long as condition is good. Please let me know if you have one that you would be willing to part with and how much.

I have one...original exhaust from my 98 Griff, sleeved but in good condition.

Open to offers but would have to be collected from Newcastle Upon Tyne, which is a long way north of Horsham.

I also have one of my 96 Griff, its in good condition with the straight through pipes! I am in the Richmond, South West London area if that helps

The only one that I could find was towards the back around page 8 or 9, but it is now marked as sold.

What is the difference (if any) between the pre-cat & cat exhausts. Appart from the noise they make.

The noise isn't down to the exhaust but the capacity of the engine, and the lack of any cats. The pre-cat exhaust often don't have the flexi part at the manifold end, which makes them harder to align when fitting. I think there is some difference in the rear hanger as well, but I'm not entirely sure as to exactly what this is?? The pre-cats also came with chromes exhaust tip extenders.
