Please let me buy your cheap old griff wheels.

I'd prefer the 5 spoke 4.x ones but any will do.
Condition not critical as long as they are straight and can be refurbed.

Thanks
Adam

Well some one just said if you dont ask you dont get.
I have a set of S02s in the garage. Seems silly not to put them on some wheels and track 'em.

Plus second check shows they are more than "barely legal" as I previously said.

Am I right in thinking that the 4 hole pattern is a Ford standard? Could old ford wheels suit Dusty's purpose?

I'm off to Brands next week and wouldn't mind keeping a set of track boots myself.....

I dont think its that easy. The offsets aren't common apparently (someone prove me wrong please).

I think the back is 37mm and the front 24mm.
I could be completly wrong though, dont have the bible with me.

Actually, something I hadnt considered before; Chimeara wheels.

Do they have the some offset as Griffs? Are they the same sizes?

bugger it.

They probably would do but with only 3 hours to go and me ebay account less I guess I'll just be waiting till the next ones turn up.
(I saw this ad once already and thought they were wedge wheels. Perhaps Im thinking of a different ad).

Do Chim wheels fit Griffs?

I'd be very surprised if they didn't - though check with Bible first.

I read the wheel section and it didnt mention a difference (unless I skipped the bit where it did)

You could have someone with a good ebay rating bid for you if you like. I could oblige... for a small commission

Im at work for gods sake!
(actually, Im at work for Griffs sake!)

Anyway, to tell the truth Im an Ebayophobic.
I did have an account but its registered to my last employers email address to which I no longer have access. This means I have to start again and since I dont trust the system, haven't.

Shoot me down in another thread please, I want to find out if Chim wheels are the same as Griff wheels in this one!

(or if you shoot me down here then at least tell me something that I will find useful about the wheels!)

Thanks, but Im gonna hold out and find out about Chim wheels now.

I really want those old 5 spokes but they must be the rarest. I think they are the best.
